Guidelines and Submission DetailsINSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARATION OF ABSTRACTS
The submission of abstracts to the Scientific Panel is encouraged. The authors of submissions considered by the Panel to be of a sufficiently high standard, of greatest relevance or of particular interest to the conference audience, will be asked to present their work in an oral presentation. Other presentations will be requested in A0 Poster format.
Abstract format
The abstract text should be no longer than 300 words and must be in English. Please use the four standard sub-headings of: Introduction, Methodology, Results and Conclusion(s). Please use Arial 12 point font.

Submitting your abstract
Please email your abstract (prepared according to the general guidelines above) as an attachment in Microsoft Word (*.doc) format to:
All abstracts are considered by a scientific committee. The results of adjudication (oral or poster presentation) will be notified to first named authors within four weeks of the closing date.

Call for Abstracts: 9th January 2017
Opening Registration: 16th January 2017
Deadline to Submit for Symposia/Workshops: 1st April 2017
Notification of Acceptance of Symposia/Workshops: May 2017
Deadline for Submission of Abstracts: Extended until 16th July 2017
Acceptance of Abstracts: August 2017
Early registrations ends: 20th August 2017
Congress dates: 9th & 10th November 2017
